Der Soundtrack von Driver San Francisco umfasst 70 Tracks diverser Musikstile, mehrheitlich aus dem Non-Mainstream-Bereich. Wie schon in Driver 3 finden hier kleinere oder nur regional bekannte Bands einen Platz auf der CD. Zudem wird es Remix-Versionen alter Tracks aus dem ersten Driver geben.

Die Musik ist wie in Driver Parallel Lines während der Autofahrten zu hören. Man kann zwischen einzelnen Songs hin- und herspringen. Songname und Künstlerbezeichnung werden auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt. Wer den Soundtrack außerhalb des Spiels genießen möchte, kann dies stilecht mit Hilfe einer LP tun. Den Soundtrack "Sounds of San Francisco" auf Vinyl liegt einigen speziellen Vorbestellerversionen des Spiels bei.
